Want to Know How a Tree Native to India Can Keep Your Summer Pest Free?

If you have visited any gardening section while planning for an outside event, you probably noticed that Neem Oil pesticides seemed to be everywhere you looked.

This "green" oil seems to be popping up in skin care products as well as agricultural ones.

What Is Neem Oil?

Neem oil is derived from the Neem Tree which is native to India.

The Neem Tree is said to be the "perfect and complete" tree.

Why? Because its leaves, seeds, roots, and bark contain beneficial compounds that are used to create oils that are used in various cosmetic products such as toothpaste, soap, traditional medicines and more.

Neem Oil is said to have properties that address:

  • Anti-aging
  • Skin elasticity
  • Infection

When I read that Neem Oil is also reported to be effective pest repellent I literally did a happy dance.

It only takes one bloodthirsty mosquito to ruin any outside activity. Or come to think of it, inside ones too.

Am I the only one who has almost wrecked their car while trying to swat at a mosquito while driving?

If I am not, please comment below....at least I will know I am in good company. :)

Mosquitos while extremely annoying, are also one of the deadliest insects on the planet, because they are carriers of malaria. To further add to their already notorious reputation, in 2015 the World Health Organization reported that mosquitos were becoming more resistant to traditional insecticides.

Mother Nature Is Awesome

Leave it to Mother Nature to provide everything we need to defeat this summer fun stealing foe.

A published article in the Malaria Journal reports that Neem Oil, when mixed with Coconut Oil produced an 80% to 100% protection rate, that lasted for a 12 hour period.

Which is the exact reason why we were intentional about including BOTH of these oils in our Bug Away Roll-On Pest Repellent

Our all-natural, DEET FREE bug repellent is effective because of the naturally occurring compound Azadiractin.

In layman's terms, Azadiractin is pest contraceptive.

From the scientific perspective, it hinders the Insect Grown Regulator (IGR), which means that it stops the development of insects in the larval stage.

It is also effective in repelling adult state as they don't seem to be to keen on its smell.

The Bottom Line

To be clear our all-natural, kid friend Bug Away Roll-On Pest Repellant won't perform a miracle in extreme tropical climates.

But if applying it regularly, combined that with other common-sense measures, like covering up and using mosquito netting, this product will allow you to enjoy your summertime fun, pest free!

So rather you are camping, GLAMPing, or sitting on your porch or deck, you need to make sure that you have our Bug Away Roll-On Pest Repellant which we designed to be:

  • All Natural
  • Portable
  • Easy To Use
  • Child-Friendly

P.S. Hate Stink Bugs? Neem Oil is also reported to be extremely effective in getting rid of those pests too!

A Word Of Caution

Need oil is great for humans, but not so much for pets a.k.a. Fur Babies. Neem oil is for EXTERNAL USE ONLY, and if ingested by humans or pets it can be toxic and harmful.

So if you are spraying neem oil, as a way to care for your crops and lawn keep a watchful eye on Rover and Tom Cat.
